Apartment Complex Branding.

The Sanctuary

Located in East Vic Park, the Sanctuary a block of 36 apartments. The complex is targeted towards down-sizers and first home buyers.

With the tagline of, ‘an urban escape’, The Sanctuary is modern, sustainable, and built to be home. The project consisted of branding, various marketing collateral, developer’s materials, and other pieces. Ideas of environmentalism are conveyed through colour, while the modern designs of the apartments are shown with photography. The brand pattern is inspired by marble veins so that the brand is always linked back to natural elements. This provides a path in which sustainability can grow throughout the complex and be promoted to its residents. All elements ultimately convey themes of warmth and environmentalism to create a warm and welcoming tone throughout the collateral.
